EG Taxpayers
I founded the East Gwillimbury Taxpayers Facebook group with a simple goal: to create a place where residents could stay informed about local issues, ask questions, and have respectful conversations about the decisions shaping our community.
Over the years, the group has grown into an engaged community of residents who care about responsible spending, transparency, thoughtful growth, and the future of East Gwillimbury. It has become a place to share information, learn about municipal issues, and encourage meaningful civic participation.

Our Principles
I am proud to support Our Principles, which encourages thoughtful discussion about the foundational values of responsible government, individual rights, accountability, and public service.
The initiative promotes informed civic engagement and encourages Canadians to take an active role in understanding the principles that guide good governance. It also emphasizes the importance of transparency, integrity, open dialogue, and ensuring those entrusted with public office remain accountable to the people they serve.

Get Involved in Your Community
Strong communities are built by people who show up and take part. Whether it’s volunteering, supporting local events, helping a neighbour, or getting involved with local organizations, every small action helps strengthen the connections that make East Gwillimbury such a special place to live. When residents work together, our community becomes stronger, more welcoming, and better prepared for the future.
